double check your grounds on your tail light flasher...
and x2 on the relay, they generally dont last much longer than 10 years..

Thanks for all the help guys.
Unfortunately moving the relays around didn't reveal a problem with any of them. There was also nothing visibly awry behind the kick panel.

This is a long shot, with a limb in the way...but have you checked the bulbs?
That plug in the pic MAY be TOD related, not sure on that one.

The only reason I haven't checked the bulbs is because they do light up when I turn on the lights... might as well though. My patience is running out... bout to give up and hand out some cash to a wrencher
