But their authority does not exceed your rights. The right to remain silent yet they are belligerent and do not respect ones rights. Free speech they yell and scream and when people get upset they say you were uncooperative, yet it is natural to yell back. tell people who are just talking to shut up, abuse them and call them names. And have you ever seen when they bust someone and tell them to get down. The normal way to get down is *** first then roll over. no they do not allow that they pull the persons arms behind them and the fling them face first to the pavement.
