Has anyone come up with a way to enable you to actually see out of the rear window? or a mod that make more use of the space that the glass takes up?

I was thinking about one of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1073-EONON-10-...d=p3286.c0.m14 (I like gadgets ) linked to the existing camera, but would the camera be ok powered up all the time?
