    Dude, that's cool.

Original, and not gawdy or anything.
    Nice!

Thanks everyone! I like it. It really looks half assed in person but al in all I like it. I will redo and make it cleaner. I have been contimplating this mod for a long time. Just finally got off my butt and did it.

As an easy way to "clean it up", you might try pinstriping all the edges where dark meets light, with 1/4" red pinstriping tape.
Wouldn't take too long, & is easily reversible if you don't like it...just thinkin' out loud again...

Thats a good idea.... The only prob is with the grey. I originally bought a close match to the astral but the can was a POS and stopped halfway through. I have tons of primer cans I bought on sale when I worked at Kragen so I used that over the silver. When I peeled the masking it pulled the primer off in spots showing the shiney silver. So I will have to do it over anyway.

Trying anyway. I really like dubs idea too. I did have some bleading of the lines and it would solve that quick and easy.

Looks good. From the photo it looks like you matched it pretty well. How are you going to re-do it? Just sand it all off? Did you remove the hood insert to paint it?
