    I just ordered the 912s from Indy4x but I know you can get them cheaper at Rocky-Road (apparently takes much longer). Spacers can be purchased cheap on Amazon (or somewhere similar). You dont need the brakeline extensions/other stuff now and you probably dont need the spacer but thats your choice. I actually just posted a thread about spacers/coils last week. Check it out, specifically the links tom4bren posted- they're helpful. And check out monchas Taylor Richies's lift wiki under howtos (very very helpful).
