    I'd be interested to know what those were intended for too. And I know you touched briefly on these topics, but in your experimentation, did it appear there would be a way to leave the back end as is, use heat to contour the middle section to follow the lines of the door closely, then make all length adjustments on the end by the mirror?

    It just didn't look like there would be a way to modify the back end without losing the "factory finished" look.
