Ryan, I think the one off the left side looks dirtier than the one off the right...
I'm with Ryan, I've bought several used sets over the years, & I've never seen any difference.
What I have noticed, is that if any in the set have failed, it's always been one of the fronts.

What is the deal 1 shock? How do you happen to have 1 shock for sale? Did it fall off a truck?

That is what I did, got the Rancho 9000xls, although they are not as stiff as I would have liked, having the ability to turn them down to 3 or 4 when wheeling is a lifesaver. Those rocks are not so bad when the shocks are "squishier" so not so much bouncin.When the time comes,I'm going to buy some Rancho's or something and send mine to get re-built. Well, there is just about 15 minutes left on the eBay site for bidding. Things should get really interesting in the last few seconds in the bidding war.
Wow, $610 for the pair (1-front + 1-rear) was the final tally.

I wonder if anyone ever bought a new set of four VX shocks from Isuzu? At those prices, there must be a ton of 'em collecting dust in the Isuzu parts warehouse.
