Hubby & I had the neighbors over, made an evening of it tasting some new (to us) beers that were mentioned in this thread. I found a place in Phoenix that has an entire long row of single bottles, so picked up some that were mentioned here and some that looked interesting and a few six's of some favorites. A very good time was had by all....

Great White Ale - a bit hoppy, nice taste, enjoyed a 6 pack!
Blue Star - fairly hoppy flavor, but pretty smooth, have a few bottles left
Sierra Nevada Wheat - VERY hoppy & bitter, not my favorite
Sierra Nevada Kellerweis - 10+, Smooooooth, excellent flavor, nice amount of hops, could be my new fav
Pranqster - Big after taste, not so good,
Blue Moon - usually my favorite, nice, smooth, a bit hoppy
Honey Moon - nice seasonal blend, nice smooth hoppiness, a touch sweet
Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat - WEIRD taste , none of us could identify it. Aromatic, smooth, tasted a bit like annis (licorice flavor), blech!
Leinenkugel's Honey Weiss - 9+, VERY smooth, not that hoppy, very pleasant & light
Gordon Biersch Hefeweizen - excellent, smooth, very good
