I think this chart might be of help to us on this side of the pond if the weight was in pounds and not stones or kilos.

It lists height in meters and in feet (opposite axis). It also lists weight in lbs and kg (opposite axis).
I hate those things. I know I'm carrying a few extra lbs right now but I don't think I'm obese. If they want me to be anorexic (sp?), they can shove that chart where the sun don't shine.
BTW, I'm 5'8" @ 200 lbs.
