Do a search for a post by Rickshaw. He did a real good comparison of the OME springs.

And you will not need new shocks. Your stock shocks will be fine until the end of there life!

My personal preference would be 919 or 912's. 919's are going to be a little harsher/harder riding and they are also slightly taller than the 912's.

Your choice, I have 912's with 33" tires and I think it is pretty perfect, but when I go to the 35" tires I will be putting 2" spacers in the rear as well, if I had the 919's I would probably just go with 1" spacers for the 35" tires oh well. Your call, win/win either way you go.

As far as needing anything else not much really. You might have to cut a very small amount of cladding for 31"+ tires but it is no biggie.

I have 919s, not sure how much ride difference I have compared to 912s, but they are a much heavier spring...so makes sense they would be a bit stiffer.

    Hey haggis

    I'm gonna use 912's...and maybe a spacer..depending on how it feels/looks...

    ....and what tires I use.

I got these from Rickshaw after he did all the "spring" research!

IMO...go 919's if youre gonna haul heavy loads / or want a tad more lift without spacers...

...or 912's if you are getting 33's or less.
