Nice looking Astral in New Mexico. 3rd run on ebay, starting price too high IMO.

I asked him about his minimum price. He's had offers for various parts that add up to $9,500 so he "might" take $8,000 or.... he will start chopping up a good running vehicle and sell it piece by piece. It's coincidental that you would also link to an ad for a $495 transfer case - this guy says he was offered $2,000.

Fuel pump kits for $29.00. I stumbled across these looking for a backup fuel pump for my new fuel system. Seems like a good price to me. I think they are usually around $100-$140 or so.

That's interesting...it's been me trying to buy his roof rack for $300 (not $500) for the past 2-3 weeks, he's been wanting to hold off and think about it. I tried to get him to understand a roof rack doesn't warrant a $300 differential in selling price, as it's just an item that's "there" on the truck, not something that's a make or break deal. That's my "leverage" so-to-speak, in getting people to sell me their racks, doesn't diminish their selling price for the truck. But I'm patient, and suspect I'll end up with the roof rack sooner or later.
He never mentioned any other offers he was getting for "parts" but I guess that could be true...kind of doubt it though. Maybe he's had delusions of grandeur since I offered him $300 for just the roof rack, and thinks all his other parts are going to command ultra high prices.....???

Plain & simple, his isn't likely to sell with a starting price of $7k on ebay.....we see it all the time, too high of a start price gets you no bidders. He'd do better starting with a lower price and setting a reserve like the Proton one is doing in FLA. But, alas, he didn't ask the Queen's advice.

They have some craptacular junk that a half drunk redneck wouldnt use and they try to con people into think not only is it s good idea it is custom for their vehicle. These damn thing look like regular house curtains you can find in the bargain bin at Big lots for $1 a piece.
