I'll at least say in their defense that they're doing a #@!#-ton of business and they have a > 98% positive rating. Hard to ask much more when you're moving that kind of volume.
At a casual glance it looks like they could pick a different shipper and be more careful in packaging and most people wouldn't have a problem. But you do have to wonder what happened on the "wouldn't-let-me-return-the-wrong-part" ones.
