rear seatbelt replacement idea

I wondering if this will work-take driver and passenger consoleside seatbelts, with a longer replacement bolt to thread through both at the same time, and install in the rear.

I snagged the rear belt clips from the Ironman I am selling for my Proton (which did not come with) and I have the two front belts in my parts bin.

All I care is that it would be functional, sound, and safe.
