It would always be a possibility for me. I guess it would just depend on how far south in IL people would be willing to drive. It's about 350 miles to Chicago for me, and unless I'm mistaken , it'd be pretty much the same distance for you Chicagoans/northerners to drive this way too , so it'd be understandable if driving that far was asking a bit much for even a VX mini-meet.

I've driven up to Effingham, IL in the past for one-day car shows, but I'm not even sure if that would be half-way for all of us. If there are any Corvette enthusiasts here though, one possibility for something to do besides check out all the VX's would be to see all the Vette's in town for the 2009 Vette Funfest in September (25th-27th).
