Sorry....I hit the wrong button. I was searching to see if anyone ever installed strobes on their VX. Didn't mean to start a thread

I think Tone had strobes on his VX. I can't remember seeing them on any others.

Biju had installed some strobes in the marker lights of his VX as part of his security system. I think he had some pictures of the installation in his gallery, but I can't seem to find his gallery right now.

All bij's build tread pics no longer show. I always thought that strobes front and rear would be cool to goof around with when off road!

biju's where pretty cool because he could set them off from inside the VX. When he rolled up to the CoZuvoy meeting place a couple of years ago the strobes where going off and the radio was blasting. It was quite an impressive sight.

I put some whelen cornering light strobes in my Impala SS. They were really nice. I was thinking how neat it would be to have them outside in the headlights and taillights or replace the rear reflectors with red strobes.

Just put the hammer down in the city. You'll see plenty of pretty strobes in your rearview mirror. The faster you go, the more that appear.

I had white LED strobes in my WRX's grille. Just an autoX novelty and that was the only time I used them. Swear it.

if you do put strobes in i would not do red or blue... there are hefty penalties for impersonating an officer

it would be pretty cool to add strobes to the turn signal housings though, orange strobes could definitely come in handy during bad fog too

    +1

I would avoid emergency vehicle light colors. Orange and white are fairly safe, but also knowing that they should ONLY be used for offroad use is also pretty key. I do imagine that using them as some sort of emergency hazard light would suffice too though. I see tons of work trucks with them as hazards and they really get your attention.
