hey bart...how hard is it to replace our serpentine belt to replace?? mine is looking pretty bad, im thinking its time to replace..

I takes like 5-10 minutes, seriously. All you need is a breaker bar (for length) and the right socket. You attach it to the tensioner pulley, pull towards the driver's side, the old belt goes slack, you remove it, and put the new one on in the right config (see below). DONE.
