I was only a Cub Scout as a youth. I kind of thought it might be fun to be a Adult Leader, and it was.

OSI (Outdoor Skills instructor) National training
High Adventure trained
Winter Backpack trained
Brotherhood Member in the Order of the Arrow
Have been to Philmont in New Mexico 3 times
Twice for National level training
Once for a Trek - 73 mile 9 day backpack
Was a Merit Badge counselor for:

Backpacking
Cycling
Pioneering
Graphic Arts
Our Troop size averaged about 45 boys and got as big as 80.
