My dealer put on an aftermarket EGR valve and it worked for a month or two and then the Check Engine light came back on along with weakness and gurgling in the engine noise. Isuzu told them to use only an Isuzu EGR valve and they replaced it for free and it's like having a new truck for the first time in a year.... so much more power and urgency and so quiet. Cost a fortune but I'd be wary of cheapys.
