sorry to hear this anita.. ill have you and your family in my thoughts
Hi Anita,
So sorry to learn of your loss. Cece & I wish you and your family the best. The death of a loved one is never easy, but we hope you remember all the good things, and keep him alive in your heart.
Sorry to hear this Anita. My sincere condolences.
Bart
Sorry to hear of your loss. I know this must be a trying time for you.
Luv you Larry for the post
And thanks to everyone for the prayers and well-wishes for me and my family. Dad lived to a ripe old age of 95. His warranty went out a loooooong time ago but he kept on ticking. Damn, he even put a new roof on his house when he was 80. He also fell off the roof when he tried to prune some tall oleanders growing next to the house. Fell right into the bush and came out with minor scratches.
To all my VX family - thank you!![]()

Glad to help Miss Anita......
Though in retrospect, I guess the title does have a bit of a "hillbilly" feel to it......
Your Dad sounds like the kind of guy I hope to be at 80+.
Still able to reshingle a house, & can't see any reason to pay some young, no-count, whippersnapper to do it for him...
Here's to Dad...![]()

Anita, I am so sorry to hear about your father. He must have been a very special person to have raised a woman like you. You are an amazingly bright, confident person. He must have been glowing with pride over you every day of his life. I am very sorry for your loss.
Many hugs,
Leah
