Help an "OLD DUDE" out...

Last week I spent several hours after work 'restoring' a metal workbench I got from work (they were throwing it out). It had a lot of tape and stickers and rust and crap all over it. So I took it apart and cleaned it off real good. Then I resprayed it with some Rustoleum Hammered Finish paint (I like that stuff). I probably painted for like 4 hours total. Now, the tip of my index finger on my right hand (the one used to depress the sprayer) has been numb since Saturday.
