So far it feels the same. Ive only driven home which is 50kmh 90% of the way besides one tiny 80kmh bit so ill have to give it a decent run then report back.

The mufflers aren't high performance, but half the size of the OEM muffler.
The trick here is the pipe's diameter. My mufflers are very loud on the middle RPM's,they triggers any car's alarm when ever i push down on the gas pedal but it growls very good according to neighbors living three blocks away LOL.
However i'm aware this set up have to be redesigned, just isn't the time.

I've scheduled a dyno test for my horse on augst with the current exhaust configuration & figured out how much HP is the horse handling.
I think our 215 hp engine doesn't give us much of options to gain a nice exhaust growl such as the subaru impreza STI.

    Can we ?
    Opinions please
The note is a product of the firing order as well as the mufflers/pipes. Some engines just sound plain nasty no matter what you try
Mine is getting played with soon - having a tray back makes it easy to experiment - NA first then later with a supercharger. Although it's likely what fits under my Frankensoozoo will not fit under a VX I'll keep yas posted.

Has anyone tried an Edelbrock SDT muffler? They make an 18" flat oval model with no fiberglass to blow out. They make a stainless steel version for about $170.
