shouldnt take all day...took me maybe 3 hours total for both sides with taking pictures and running wires...

if you reinforced the panels i think you could pretty easily build a sealed enclosure to fit a small 8-10" woofer under the jack tools with the cone on the outside of the panel

with some creativity...yes...but you would have to be pretty creative in my opinion
you should be able to get it at any best buy..i believe it came in 15 foot sections...that wire would big time come in handy, where do you get that stuff?
its REALLY nice to have when running a 4channel amp because it cleans up all the wiring...also nice if your planning on running 10 lights on your roof rack like me
