the rest should just be pressure clips...you should end up with something like this...

Those white plastic fasteners like you show in 0409091212-00.jpg are a straight up whore to get back in place. Are there any special tools you use to do those?

I did remove my rear panel since july 2008 & so far i haven't put them back;Just thinking of putting them back i know it's whole day stuff.

shouldnt take all day...took me maybe 3 hours total for both sides with taking pictures and running wires...

if you reinforced the panels i think you could pretty easily build a sealed enclosure to fit a small 8-10" woofer under the jack tools with the cone on the outside of the panel
