it belongs out side, it goes over the area where the front lic..plate would be if you didn't need one there. inbeteen the two small rectanguler openeings.

Ok thanks for the fast replies, Indiana does not require a front plate, but Im not putting that back up there either, HMM what to do.

Those license plate inserts are super rare!!! 99.99% of all Isuzu Dealerships simply threw them out in the trash when prepping a new VX. Demand Top-Dollar!!!

I don't know about that. I ordered one from Merlin about 2 months ago for $30. There is one on eBay right now for $100. So go figure. I think people are assuming these parts are as rare as the roof rack but there are some out there for sure.

Either way, if your state does not require a front plate, why would you NOT want this up there? It makes the front end look way better!!!
