If you guys go look, please tell me how the tailgate looks and what they would be asking for the whole thing shipped up to Reno. I honestly want an Ebony one, but if I get another color I could just get it repainted instead of needing body work AND a repaint.

I'm not convinced I am going to drive up to LA to get it. I really don't have the coin to do what I want and I am leaving soon anyway. I in no way have "dibs" on this and have posted the contact info. If someone is in LA, you could check this out.

I was told there are lots of "holes" in the body too where some sort of testing equipment was attached so you will have lots of holes to fill. I think John said they were mostly in the back door.

Yeah, this happened a few years ago. The member that sold them his VX was sick about what they did to it.

Seems like it would take a lot of time/money to get this VX back up and running. With nice perfectly fine VX's going for under 10k I don't think this one is good for almost anything at that price. But very interesting sad story. Wonder what the story was here. Someone sue a construction company for dropping something on a VX?
