That is exactly how I calculated it. I made sure to use the GPS for the mileage since my tires are oversize. Actually it came out better with my 31'' MTs. I have made (4) 460 mile trips and it always comes out about 22 mpg. One shorter trip that included some town and off road came out at about 20 mpg. The combination seems to work well.
