Funny you should say that, PB, because I was just wondering if you were going to start the Kaiser Check-in thread, and then I got to thinking, I think I know of fewer Kaisers out there than Foxfires. Right off the top of my head I can only think of yours and maybe 1 or 2 others... .
Anyway, we might be the most common, but at the same time, we are certainly the most popular, because we ARE the coolest color for sure!

1- yes kaiser is one of the more uncommon.....i think mine is one of 52 if i remember right...00' kaiser with red/black on the inside
im not gonna lie...i do like the black, i think it looks pretty good, but i already have one black car and i was sick of trying to keep it clean so ill give up a little unity for less maint.
if i were to buy another VX it would be foxfire or ironman...
Yeah, these "check-in" threads are actually really quite funny. In all honestly, I love all VehiCROSSes regardless of the colors. If I could, I would buy one of each (I wonder if there is anyone out there who did just that and still has them tucked away somewhere).

here ya go...btw...

57 00' kaiser's.....
51 00' ebony's though....
notice, that kaiser (red/black) is the lowest production color besides the pearl...

Here's mine...
Or everyone just tries to take the real king of the colors (black) off his well deserved spot at the top
We even have a brand of car care treatment devoted to our color!
Black is also the second most popular color among car owners in the U.S. — behind white, and that is just because of all the businesses that order all white fleets (construction, rentals). But this is not the case with VX's. Ebony with silver/black interior is still pretty rare
It's like, how much more black could it get?
And the answer is, NONE! None more black!
I love my Ebony. Like they say, "once you try black, you'll never drive another color". Or something like that. I always mess up those quotations.
OEM roof rack, Thule Xpedition 696 rack, Rancho RS9000 shocks, OME 913 coil springs, 3" lift, American Racing Teflon Chambers wheels, Yokohama Geolandar HT/S G051 tires (275/70/16), Energy Suspension greaseable bushings, steel-braided Kevlar-reinforced brake lines, WeatherTech wind deflectors, Malibu 18w driving lights, Plasma SuperWhite 100w headlights, NGK Iridium plugs, K&N drop-in air filter, Optima Red Top, Psychos2 rear-door subwoofer enclosure w/CDT Audio 10" sub, Blaupunkt subwoofer amp, iPod Video 80GB, Kenwood KVT-617 DVD head unit w/7" motorized touch-screen, Kenwood GPS HD navigation module, Kenwood iPod adapter, Kenwood back-up camera, Sirius radio, Flowmaster Extreme Off-Road muffler (black diamond-plate steel) w/ carbon fiber tip, Ford Taurus OEM cup-holder/coin tray (single-DIN/lower bay), personalized license plate "ORBITAL", 3M window tint, debadged, removed rear seat, custom 'radiation symbol' side magnetic signs, VX Concepts front skid plate
I was wondering if anyone would pick up on that. It's one of my favorite movies of all time, at least as far as stupidly memorable quotes go. That and Princess Bride. And Pee Wee's Big Adventure. All sadly overlooked for Best Picture Oscars.
And back on topic:
I bought my Ebony VX a couple of years ago, after owning an Ironman VX for a couple of years. These threads ("Ebony rules!") are fun, but the truth is that ALL VXs look cool, and every time I see a Proton or a Firefox or a Dragon etc etc, I always love them. I like the idea of winning the lottery and collecting one of each color.
Incidentally, I DID win the lottery last week, but sadly it was just a $6.00 scratch-n-win ticket. I cannot buy any extra VXs, but I can get 3 gallons of gas! That's, like, 45 miles of free driving!!
WOOOOO-Hooo...um...hoo...um..never mind.
