Cool, will be nice to meet some new faces and see everyone from last year! Haven't decided on a place yet. Want to keep it close to Coronado or better yet on Coronado. I have searched and it looks like there is a lot of eating places there. I was thinking a 4 PM time (late lunch/early dinner). Will that work for everyone. I will probably getting there around noon but have to pick up my race packet on the island and check into the hotel.

Billy, there's an awesome Mexican place right on the main drag there in Coronado...not sure if that's good or not before a triathlon.

Gaslamp (Downtown (San Diego)) is only about a 15 minute trek to Coronado and would offer way more options, including Buco Di Beppo if you'll want pasta.
Also, parking would probably actually be easier for a group of us--we could probably stage up on the rooftop level of the Horton Plaza parking structure, which might even offer something of a photo opp. Restaurants are scattered within blocks of it (BDB is about 3 away), and parking is free for 3 hours.

    Just brainstormin'...

This seems like a pretty good idea. Then we can hit up the suggested eats or decide on something else around there.?????????????????????????????????
Of course I will require some pretty good directions to where ever we decide since I tend to get lost easily!
