There was possibly an offer made, but it must have fell thru. The wheels have to be replaced and it's missing some expensive interior parts that will cost over $1200. If I was looking for a deal on this VX, $6000 would be my highest offer. If I wasn't at all concerned about this vehicle as it appears now, and I had disposable income, I'd pay the $9500. There really should be more pictures, like full side shots, and more of the back of the interior, and the engine bay, and maybe a look underneath.
