So how much to make me one of them hoods?...lol ....but seriously??
X2
Mark, your quality of craftmanship is simply stunning & breathtaking. Don't forget to paint the cladding "bolts" lime-green, too.
In addition, does the T-Bird hood scoop have a "drain hole" for rain water??? Otherwise, you're gonna have a small lake of water where the hood scoop has the "moon crater" in front of the scoop???

Thanks very much,
I've been looking for another TBird hood...
Surprisingly the scoop doesn't pool water and
I did retain the stock drains for the insert.
I still have the stock insert, I'll bond some kind of scoop to it.
I've been playing with photochop for paint ideas and watching every car show on TV (DVR ROCKS) I want to do something really unique.
The good thing is it doesn't take much paint for our VXs.
Ldub, I do like that color combo too.
This weekend I'm working on my side mirriors.
I'm doing something really neat!
this will let you paint your vx..

I love the hood scoop. Starting my search for a t-bird hood NOW.
You said you did a carbon fiber 'dip' process? It looks so good! Was it difficult? On with my search. Scott
Great Modding skills you got there. I luv the outcome.
What year Tbird hood was that again?

Looks like I will be painting my VX new Viper Green.
I'll do all the labor, and I might get some free paint!(fingers crossed)
Thunderbird hood years 2002 to 2005.
Here is the progress of the new mirror installation.
The VX is kinda dirty.
