You would probably have to get started locally, (pre screening, physical, etc) & check with them if your records will follow you in your travels.

I think you'll find that Biolife has a broader area of coverage across the country, & from my experience, they won't abuse the privelige of removing my precious bodily fluids.
If anything, I find them to be overly cautious with regard to my personal well being...which, in the big picture, is probably good...
