    Wink Please, please, please!!

I am MORE than interested! This is my email: snowwolf83@hotmail.com. You can also private message me on this site as I'm doing everything I can to get my VX fixed without pumping anymore money than I need to in it!

I have a question though: if you look at my last post in the VX Troubleshooting thread, I completely forgot to mention the problem with my fuse board. The guy that previously owned my vehicle had ghetto-rigged a LOT of stuff to the fuse board and it wasn't until I went through an entire box of fuses that I decided to figure out what the hell was wrong. Apparently the previous owner rigged a wire that connects the "trunk popper" button to the same fuse that runs the internal and head lights.

Point is, I want to add those lights to the top of my VX, but I don't want to screw up my fuse board more than it has already been screwed with. What do you suggest?

I never like the idea of even touching the fuse board for any reason.

If i add roof lights to my VX (which i'll deffinetly do) i'll just run a independent wiring from the battery + terminal, run a - wire to ground or chassis, add a in-line fuse to the the + wire, run it the wiring thru the firewall & add a switch to the dash, that's all.

Isn't necessary to mess with the fuse board at all to add roof lights.

I added a nice set of blue LED light nozzles without touching the fuse board.

I just attached the nozzle's + wire to the left + head light wire, add a 0.5 amps in-line fuse to it & run the - wire to ground, the LED's lits up only when my head lights are on which are barely use.

I'll posting few pics this week end in my gallery's album.
    Dakar was just the begining.
