My sister was supposed to be here last night, fliying in from Chicago through Vegas. Her flight got cancelled due to this weirdness.

They say global warming is not just hotter weather, its more extreme weather, hotter summers, colder winters. Man, the apocalypse is gonna be so cool. I can't wait.

Poor Vegas residents... I lived there for awhile and SAW snow once. But to get hit that hard is a big deal when you don't have any snow plows or salt to put on the ground, especially at the airport! Yea we had like 6-8 inches here in Chicago, but we are ready for it. People in the southwest think a snow plow is a coke addicts accessory.

I will be in Vegas in February for Superbowl weekend.
Get this, I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida where the superbowl will be held in February and I am going to Vegas to watch the superbowl.
Hope for some sun and warm weather not snow.

Someone mentioned "Power Outages"; could you even imagine Las Vegas losing electrical power??? They would lose millions of dollars!!!

I bet all of those fancy casinos have state-of-the-art generator/battery back-up systems so they never lose power. Kinda' like the phone company has generator/battery back-up systems so communications never go down. Same theory.
