Even though I have a cheap source of third party driveshafts, I'm going to do a diff drop (and rotate the front axle a little bit towards transfer case).

Search for "lift wiki" on this site and you will find a thread with everything you will ever need. I would post the link but I am on the PS3 currently.

Can't believe I beat ldub to this one.
I have the Calmini lift on mine (according to PO). I have no complaints. The one thing I did notice on mine is that it includes a panhard rod drop bracket. I'm not sure it's necessary but some owners have noticed a shift in the the rear axle (to the right) after lifting. This may be the 'fix' for that but the consensus is still out.
I can help you with the Diff Drop Brackets but so can Joe Darlington (I think he's a member).

If you lift - please get rims with 'offset from hell' so I'm not alone![]()

Quite a few members have experienced split CV boots after lifting. That's what the diff drop brackets are for. You don't need them immediately but probably will within 2 years.
I thought about rotating the axle by rotating the axle mounting features on the diff drop brackets but I talked myself out of it. I wasn't sure if I would be able to keep the U joints in phase (the front would be at a slightly different angle than the rear).

if you want 912's, you need to be willing to wait. Ordered mine from rocky road on oct. 26th and still haven't received them. Called today, they say beginning of the year. Where else can these be ordered?
