Yep...The Rally VX's were indeed manual shift but they still had TOD.

for you rally racing fans who have HDTheater Channel
"Searched" for a thread about rally racing to post this info:
HDTheater Channel on October 4th is showing back2back 1-hour episodes pertaining to the sport of Rally Racing starting with how Rally came into existance and leading up to the 2009 Rally World Championships....it all starts at 3:00p.m. EST and ends I believe @ 9:00p.m. EST.
Not having seen much rally footage...I'm DVR'ing them to test my interest in the sport!
I already have some DVR'd BAJA Racing programs I very much enjoy!!!!
P.S.-----Walmart has some discounted video games on sale and I picked up X-BOX 360 BAJA Racing game for $20 which is alot cheaper than the past price of $60! Its a hoot to play...just wish I had a steering wheel instead of the regular controller!

Moab
There were some places in Moab where you could space people out and get up to speed (~40mph) and catch a little air. At the time, I had a Trooper and it was more like whoop-di-whoops, but all the short wheel base guys had better launches and a few got all 4 off the ground!
