I am not lifted (I cranked the torsion bars so the distance from the top of the tire to the wheel opening was the same front and rear), and I am running 18" x 10" wheels with a 12mm negative offset, so my backspacing is about 5.5 inches. I only had to do very minor cladding trimming. Be sure the center bore is large enough (100mm, I believe). Hope that helps.
