Thanks very much for the help, I've E-mailed them to see if they can do anything although going along to the shop could be very dangerous for my walletI've been thinking of going for the next stage lift!

Well, if they're able to have a replacement gauge waiting, maybe you could arrange in advance to make the purchase in the parking lot so you wouldn't actually have to set foot inside the store. Other than that, I'm afraid you're on your own.
