I can't take the credit on that. The PO did that work. The hinges seem to be holding up well to the extra weight but the latch is wearing a bit. With that heavy of a door tho, you have to be REEEEEEEL careful opening and closing (Never let it get away from you).

Don't know about local hotels, never bene there before. I am at campsite 25, and I know there will be extra room since I will be in a tent. I believe people are bringing extra tents too, so you might just be able to score a free stay. Though you should check over at the planet with the main thread. You can always google to see if there is a close hotel.
