Dude, awesome!!!!! I really like the VX and the photos! Oh and nice rims man.....where oh where did you get them? Are those 285/65-18 tires? That is exactly what I was thinking had I stayed with 18s. Looks great!

Beast,
Those are actually still my old rims. Yours are so danged pretty that I don't want to take them out of the boxes. I may be needing some new rubber soon so I'll mount yours up as my summer tires, and have my old rims blasted and powder coated to use as my winter rims.
The tires are Nitto Terra Grappler's 285/60 R18's. Great tire, great look.

Nice pics Mark...very cool.
Some day, I'm a gonna move out west where all the scenery is!
Reno, huh? I have had a couple of indoor competitions in Reno, at the Bill Cosby indoor track which was one of the last indoor tracks to be made out of all wood. It was a banked track with timber under your feet. You could only wear small needle spikes and you definitely did not want to fall on the torn up wood and get massive splinters, or get stepped on with those needle spikes. I have one massive scar on my left knee from a hurdler behind me driving his lead leg into my trail leg over a hurdle on that very track in Reno, he fell and was picking splinters out, I well, I did pretty good that meet. Ah fun times![]()
That's the final straw...I'm doin' it!
The Ldub Communal Off-road park, winery, brewery, distillery, orchard, farm, fix-it shop & half way house for hopeless alcoholic junkies (we put sandwich signs on them for advertising, since they tend to wander aimlessly anyway)
Will be opening: not sure yet...
Location: to be determined at a later date...
I'll get back to y'all with the details, I've gotta start recruting winers, brewers, distillers, farmers & so forth...I've got some pretty firm leads on the alcoholic junkies...
Mark, you're in for sure, since I jacked hell outta your thread to make this announcement.![]()

Yeah those are the exact ones I had on those rims that I sent you. I had them on for a few years, but after I lifted it they were off within a few days, didn't really give me a chance to check that option out, you are pulling it off nicely. I loved those tires, I had two sets of them. Are you thinking of going 285/65-18 for the summer tires or the other way? You pull off that look better than I did, and no it is not just the scenery.
As far as the log cabin/commune in the woods, I am right there with you all, I love the great outdoors, but I have been all over this world and I still love the Texas hill country, there is a little bit of almost everything around here, but there are definite pluses and minuses to everywhere![]()
