All of us Ugg boot wearing metros are carrying them...well, except for me.
I've used that method on two hoods, while it doesn't actually make a hole, the dimple in the sheetmetal keeps the drill bit centered from the underside.Easy way is to just set the pins and let the hood slam down on them ...if your lucky they will make holes for you.......Just kidding.....hehe
And yes, it would FUBAR a nice C/F hood.
