    Not sure exactly, but could be a kick-down switch for the tranny or wide-open-throttle switch for the ECU.

    WOT is sensed by the throttle position sensor.

    Maybe it cuts out the AC clutch for better acceleration?

    I can see i am going to have to do some research my self here - i thought maybe you guys had the same contact switch ?

    Yep, sounds like it isnt on the USDM. I was vacuuming her out yesterday eve and didnt notice anything there.
