The wiring harness is usually extra. For Tone's integrated hitch you'll need to remove the cladding - I'm not sure about some of the other hitches - you may be able to do a bolt-on with some of those. My post above was about the wiring.

On mine the cladding was removed for ease of access.. to bolt on the hitch..
it also made the wiring easy to get to also.. but you still have to loosen the light to get to the wiring connections.. and run the wire down the loom.. on mine anyway.. I don't know how others did it.
Okay, I removed rear cladding and bolted on hitch...fairly easy. I'm not sure what type of hitch wiring harness/kit to buy. Do most just buy a universal kit at Lowes or an auto store???
