Be careful.. that is not the fix! The forums have pretty much recorded the problem and the required fix. See phines/senihluap's instructions to adjust the tracks.

In the meantime to keep the problem at bay, use a silicone spray down the tracks on a regular basis especially if you notice the windows slowing down when you raise them.
