Basically, everyone from the vagrant dirt-bags to the self-righteous rich. Both Florida and California are chock full. But alas, its really everywhere...but, Ft. Lauderdale is a perfect description of a place I never, ever want to go again. But I think northern CA, and northern FL are different than the southern ends of those states. And there is plently of research about warm weather and the frequency of crime...but now I am just rambling. The bed is calling....
