I don't think I've told you guys this one:-

I had parked particularly "creatively" in Cardiff one evening whilst looking at flats to rent for work. I was waiting for the letting agent a few metres from the VX and was watching the reactions of bystanders. In guy on a mountain bike did two laps trying to work out what it was and a big black guy came across saying "nice car man, nice car - good to see something different!" which i took as a huge compliment

Oh yeah, I'm currently waiting on a new windscreen arriving from Japan but to make sure they were going to order up the right thing I had to go to the Auto Windscreens depot (again in Cardiff - I've been spending a LOAD of time there...) whilst they worked out if it could be from something else (no such luck ). "Yeah yeah, bring it into the workshop", they say.

In I drive, with the window down (what's the point in it making all the noise if you can't enjoy it in a confined space occasionally!) and all I hear is "What the hell is that?" and the response from one of the other guys, "That's one hell of a car, that's what that is!"

Stuff like that make it worth the frustration when you have silly things go wrong...
