I knew Silva was good, but I didn't think he would win this one. Shows you what I know about Milk Men of America. lol

Sherk is an animal with the cardio to go the full 25 minutes. BJ is so talented he never had to depend on his cardio. Thus, I don't think he ever had to train that hard. You can see it in his body that he could have trained with more cardio. He always looks a little soft. With that said, I predict BJ will hit Sherk with a flying knee in the second round allowing BJ to ge a submission.
Now, here is where I cover all my bases. If that flying knee does not land in the second, then BJ's cardio let's him down in round 3,4, and 5. The decision goes to Sherk.

Well he is no longer known as Sean muscle Sherk to Sean flab Sherk. LOL that is what we came uo with saturday night. No more relying on the juice lol.
As for Bj he is dropped down in weight class I dont think he will eb beat but hey i was wrong about Henderson so what do I know. BJ has awesome talent alone so hopefully he wont rely on it. Sherk is a beast of a man specially @ 155 or whatever it is I forget. But will be intresting none the less.
OK, so MMAJunkie.com has an article talking about UFC middleweight champ Anderson Silva and Roy Jones, jr working on negotiations for a boxing match.

I don’t know how I feel about this. MMA fighters in a boxing match would get destroyed and vise versa. Anderson is only 1-1 in his boxing career.
Any thoughts?
I agree. It's a different discipline. That's like asking an olympic gold medalist in wresting to go box a world class boxer or vise versa. Either way it would not be very competative.
Now to make it even for both put them in a MMA match.
Peace.
