Depends on the rubber used - that offset pushes the wheel pretty far out increasing potential to rub in front (easy to trim) and the rear of the front wheel well (not easy to trim) - a test fit would be highly recommended with 285/50 or lower profile tires.

Is that a +14mm or -14mm?? they look pretty shallow. I bet they would fit nicely. The thing you'll really have to watch out for is the center bore of the mags. Our front hubs are 99mm wide and won't fit all wheel styles
