Yeah, cost and shipping would be good to know.
Errr, shipping to the UK if that's possible. If not then I'm sure I can arrange something but...

The guy seems to be in Arizona or I read it wrong. So S&H would probably depend on zip code
Would I need lifted versions of the lines if my lift is only 2 inches?
I was thinking of the Independent4x 2-inch rear coil spring spacers and the front ball joint flip with tortion bar crank with a 3-quarter inch nose down angle at the front.
ive got the indy 4x lines on mine, i believe they are intended for a 3" lift but have had no problem with them at stock height for a good long while now. an isuzu mechanic once tried to blame a tapping sound from my front passenger side wheel well on the brake lines being too long.. but he was a moron and blamed the first aftermarket part he saw under there
so point is... might as well go with the lines for a lift if you intend to lift at all in the future!
I also have the indi 4x4 lines (for lifted) and have had not issues with them.

FYI
After a few years, the plastic coating typically cracks off. So don't sweat the colour thing too much.
