    thanks VX fam!

so far so good.. no old age related incidents yet... hehe

bart.. not sure if u mean whattami up to with the vx or in general.... i had one of those OMG moments the other day looking at my vx and have decided to try and curb spending on it in favor of getting it back to factoryish condition (of course not getting rid of most my mods... just getting the underside cleaned up really nice and MAYBE new paint (factory color) and generally getting her back to looking like i pulled it off the showroom and then added some eric flair to it

as for the day.. spent some time doing the stuff i was just talking about... pulled the rack off and buffed the roof, cleaned up a bit of wiring, got under and started scrubbing at the underside of the body and searched and searched for a mystery oil leak thats leaving oil on my engine cover and all around the spark plugs on the passenger side.. as well as leaving me 1 qt low after 1200 miles (usually can go 3k barely loosing 1 qt) then out to the local pool hall/bar for some quizzo and hanging out with people i havent seen in ages

tom.. as a matter of fact i am down in frederick from now until the night of the 27th so if you get some free time let me know and we can figure somethin out... i'm trying to meet up with another VXer from hagerstown who's a lurker on the forum at some point maybe we can get all 3 vxs together

    Exclamation

Make sure you still have the rubber o-ring on the oil cap. they are easy to lose. It sounds like ths same oil pattern I had when I lost my 0-ring.
