Seems the newer fluids seem to cover what came before. Dex V is ok for Dex 3 and so on. At least that is what I've been led to beleive. Like I said, it's all voodoo to me....Other than swapping them out, I don't do autoboxes. The letters are important, but the Mobil1 (and I assume R.P.) seem to cover them all...I'm too lazy to walk out to the garage to read the label.

I don't know that I've ever seen a "G licence" on any tranny juice I've ever used, it's not on the Amsoil that I've been using. Has anyone seen it on Royal Purple or Mobile 1?
Amsoil is a universal ATF like Mobile 1 & covers GM, Ford, Chrysler & most import applications.
I do know that after using Amsoil for 20k in mine, it was spotless inside when I dropped the pan, with very little metal debris on the magnet.

I'd stay away from blends in favor of pure syn.

Well, I think I will go to Summit tomorrow and see what they carry. I know they have the Royal Purple motor oil, so hopefully they will have the trans fluid as well...

I just need to figure out what to get before Saturday.

Oh, Napa started carrying RP around August of last year. I used to get 50% off of all my purchases cuz the checker at my local Napa liked me... Oh Danielle. Hmm... maybe she was giving a bunch of guys discounts and that's why they had to close shop... Dude- to find the "one", and invest in stop smoking aids is much easier than finding the same "one" as a non-smoker. How many years would that take, right? Women like to train their men? Well equality CAN be a double edged sword.

I think the universal vs. Dexron thing is not much of a difference. You just have a lot of unneeded compounds swirling around in there. When you go to the direct Dexron application, it will just be more of the "Dexron" mystery compounds that is needed. Real world, it probably doesn't matter too much, but with our trannies' inherent weaknesses, every little bit of extra care and worrying won't hurt, right?

Does anyone know if they have upped the TH60 to a 5 speed for any applications? Hmmm.... I have a small lightbulb glowing dimly above my head right now. Lol Gotta find out about bolt patterns, and length.

Nah man... I had to give up on the dream of being a casino band groupie. It doesn't look like she is scheduled for a Wendover gig anytime next year. My latest prospects have been real estate agents - my favorite is the one training for the FBI! That chick is crazy sexy cool and intense!
